Consultation

What we'll ask before your day.

A short consultation — in person or over a call — helps plan a look that suits you, your outfit and your schedule. Ask the salon whether a trial can be arranged.
Your event
Date, ceremony timings, venue and whether it's indoors or outdoors.
Your look
Reference photos, your outfit colours and jewellery, and how natural or dramatic you'd like to look.
Your skin
Skin type, sensitivities or allergies, and products you prefer to avoid.
Your group
How many people need makeup and hair, so the schedule works on the day.

Event preparation

Tips for a smooth makeup day

  1. 01

Book as soon as your dates are fixed — wedding and festival seasons fill up.

  2. 02

Keep your skincare routine consistent in the weeks before; avoid trying new facials or products just before the event.

  3. 03

Arrive with clean, moisturised skin and no heavy makeup, unless the salon advises otherwise.

  4. 04

Wear a front-opening top so you can change without disturbing hair and makeup.

  5. 05

Share the photographer's timings so touch-ups can be planned between ceremonies.
